Yes, Ludicrous that I even thought I could start this mess and finish it! But now I'm in it up to my elbows, so I may as well show you the progress...please do not be alarmed. No one was hurt in the photographing of this traumatic event...the dismantling of my sewing/hoarding room. Please do not call the producers of the Hoarders show either. I will not appear on their program! At least, not until I am a size 6. I did decide though that since its started, I may as well do it right...so I went and got paint today, and finally after 5 little sample cans, I picked a nice light neutral gray with a tiny bit of violet undertones. I also have to prime the walls since the current color is a darker cadet blue color...so my weekend is in place-up in my room with a paint roller! Side-note: I just want everyone to know that this is not the way my room usually is...this is just after I have pulled a lot of the stored fabric and patterns and books out.
It only counts as hoarding if you're never going to use the stuff you keep, right? You're going to use some of this fabric someday, right? :)
